WOW!

Is it just me, or is this not likely to get anyone else hot footing it into the newsagent for a copy of the Malton & Pickering Mercury either?

Or maybe some people think differently ...

Pics taken on a day out to Pickering, a bit further up into North Yorkshire than York.

Some people will do almost anything for a freebie. Maybe the residents of Pickering are short of memory sticks, and this is the newspapers' way of providing them.
Is it a lucky dip, or do you have to answer some questions?

Having been to Pickering in the summer, I would rather win a parking space! It's a good job it's so pretty. It meant I didn't mind driving round it 3 times.

Gail's Man - I have to say I didn't bother looking, so I know not!

jro, I love Pickering. There's a brilliant paperback book shop there that I like browsing, and the town reminds me of childhood visits - we used to go there a lot.

I love Pickering as well, Ruby, and I'm totally crazy about the paperback bookshop! But I wouldn't buy the Malton & Pickering Mercury not even for a free USB stick...Ciao. Antonella
